Job summary

wecruit pte. ltd. is seeking a Senior Engineer / Construction Manager to oversee Prefabricated Vertical Drain (PVD) and ground improvement projects.

You will manage site operations, coordinate project teams and subcontractors, and ensure work is completed safely on time and to quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising PVD installation, overseeing daily site activities, and liaising with clients and consultants to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Degree or Master's in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in PVD installation and ground improvement.
• Hands-on experience in site supervision and project coordination.
• Experience leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise PVD installation and ground improvement works.
• Manage multiple small-scale PVD projects concurrently.
• Oversee daily site operations including manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor progress, productivity, and quality; resolve site or technical issues.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Lead and supervise site engineers, supervisors, and workers.
