Job summary

SHAHI RANG MAHAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced restaurant operations leader to manage daily operations, lead the team, enhance service and food quality, and maintain strong customer relationships in an upscale dining environment.

You will plan staffing, develop the team through coaching, and collaborate with the Chef to uphold high food standards, driving continuous service improvements and a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage Service, preferably in upscale dining, fine-dining restaurants.
• Preference for premium restaurant background and proven operations experience.
• Proficiency in written and conversational Chinese to comprehend menus and communicate with English & Hindi-speaking customers, partners, and associates.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure compliance with operational standards and procedures
• Plan and control staffing levels to meet business demands efficiently
• Develop team capabilities through training, coaching, and mentoring with ongoing engagement
• Analyze service quality audit reports to identify improvement areas and implement action plans for service and food quality enhancement
• Address customer requests and feedback promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
• Collaborate with the Chef to ensure consistent food quality standards
• Drive continuous service and process improvements to deliver excellent customer experiences
• Foster strong interpersonal relationships within the team to promote collaboration and a positive work environment
