Responsibilities

• Take orders, serve guests, recommend menu items, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Float between sections, assist team members, and ensure smooth cafe operations, including food running.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure the dining area is tidy and presentable.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service.
• Upsell specials, promote menu items, and adhere to uniform, grooming, and health/safety standards.
