Qualifications

• Prior experience in upscale dining restaurants, or equivalent.
• Adaptable to service standards set out at the restaurant.
• Tactful in responding to guests and questions.
• Available to work on weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming the guests as they come into the restaurant in a positive, polite and professional manner
• Clean all tables after the guests have left and get such tables prepared for the next set of guests
• Serve and pack warm foods to the guests in an effective manner and in strict accordance with the orders of such guests
• Assist kitchen and bar staff whenever such assistance is required
• Familiarize and maintain the chart of all available deals and products periodically and refresh such chart on daily basis
• Be equipped with the necessary knowledge of the menu offerings to provide suitable recommendations and cater to guest's needs and requirements.
• Handle minor guest feedback or concerns professionally and escalat
• Report and manage any accidents or incidents promptly in consultation with the Manager
• Maintain and ensure the dining area is clean and organized at all times
• Ensure appropriate personal, workplace hygiene and sanitation procedures are in place and met
• Any other duties assigned by the management
