Job summary

Staffhub Group in Singapore is seeking an Electrical/Electronics Engineer to provide technical support for Industrial UPS, DC systems, and industrial batteries. The role includes coordinating on-site installation, commissioning, repair, and maintenance, and ensuring safety compliance during field work.

You will also train customers on startup and operation of UPS/DC systems and proactively follow up maintenance contracts to ensure timely execution.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
• 5 years of relevant experience in UPS/DC power industry.
• Proficient in PC skills and programming is an advantage.
• A team player with strong sense of responsibility.
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers for the use of Industrial UPS, DC Systems and Industrial Battery.
• Coordinate with end-users for on-site installation, commission, repair and maintenance.
• Work closely with customers and engineers to ensure on-site work are carried out in safe manner, adhering to safety measures.
• Provide training to customers for start up and operational of UPS and DC Systems.
• Follow up on maintenance contract and ensure work is carried out timely and on schedule.
