Riello UPS Singapore Pte. Ltd.

is seeking a Service Engineer responsible for commissioning new products, servicing and troubleshooting installed systems, and delivering customer and distributor training on site. You will collaborate with project teams on installation and commissioning, perform preventive maintenance, diagnose faults in transformers, circuit breakers and switchgear, document activities, and stay compliant with safety requirements.

Qualifikationen

• NITEC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years' experience in uninterrupted power systems or related industrial setting; fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficient in reading schematics and using diagnostic tools; able to work with HV/LV systems.
• WSQ Certification in Workplace Safety and Health preferred (Construction/Process plant/Shipyard).
• Able to work in construction/electrical rooms and lift up to 20 kg.
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.

The Service Engineer is responsible for the commissioning of new products, servicing & troubleshooting of installed products and customer and distributor training

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate work with project teams of Installation & commissioning on site.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities, cycle parts replacement to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and resolve technical faults in transformers, circuit breakers, switchgear, and control systems.
• Document maintenance activities, incidents, and repairs.
• Comply with safety protocols (e.g., Singapore Workplace Safety and Health Act).
• Respond promptly to emergencies and power outages.
• Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices.

Requirements:

• Education: NITEC in Electrical/electronic Engineering, Power Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years in uninterrupted power system or a related industrial setting. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading schematics, using diagnostic tools (Multimeters, Current Clamp), and working with HV/LV systems.
• Certifications: WSQ-Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health in Construction/Process plant/Shipyard in preferred.
• Physical Ability: Comfortable working in construction, Electrical room, and lifting to 20kg.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication abilities.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts and weekends as needed.
• Class 3 driving license is preferred
