Job summary

Ley Choon Group Holdings Ltd is seeking a Project Coordination (Claims & Operations) for a 6-month contract in Singapore. The role targets entry-level candidates and fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in project coordination, documentation, and operator liaison.

You will consolidate claim documents, organize site photos, and work with Claim PICs and authorities to ensure timely submissions and approvals.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6-month contract, suitable for candidates looking to gain practical project coordination experience.
• Fresh graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate documents required for claim submissions.
• Upload, sort, and organise site progress photographs.
• Work closely with the respective Claim PICs to prepare the necessary claim documentation.
• Liaise with Singapore Power on work and job arrangements.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities to obtain the necessary approvals before work commencement.
• Provide other project coordination and administrative support when required.
