Job summary

Ley Choon Group Holdings Limited is seeking a proactive Project Engineer in Singapore to oversee end-to-end delivery of underground utilities and civil projects. You will coordinate with site operations, project management, clients and regulatory authorities to ensure projects are properly planned, approved and executed according to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of project engineering experience in civil construction, underground utilities or infrastructure.
• Familiar with LTA, PUB, SP Group and Telco processes and ROA/TCP.
• Hands-on with ROA, TCP, HDD and site safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of underground utilities and civil projects.
• Coordinate with site operations, project management, clients and authorities.
• Prepare and manage approvals, permits and road opening applications.
• Monitor master schedule, PSR and site progress.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper documentation.
