Job summary

InternSG is seeking a motivated individual for a 6-month contract in Singapore to assist in site operations and project coordination. You will consolidate claim documentation, upload and organize site progress photos, and work closely with claim PICs to prepare required paperwork.

You will liaise with Singapore Power and authorities for approvals before work begins, while providing general administrative support.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6-month contract, suitable for candidates looking to gain practical project coordination experience.
• Fresh graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate documents required for claim submissions.
• Upload, sort, and organise site progress photographs.
• Work closely with the respective Claim PICs to prepare the necessary claim documentation.
• Liaise with Singapore Power on work and job arrangements.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities to obtain the necessary approvals before work commencement.
• Provide other project coordination and administrative support when required.
