Job summary

Ley Choon Constructions and Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator in Singapore to support project planning, scheduling, and delivery. You will work with project managers, engineers, clients, and authorities to ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion while managing documentation and claims through NOVA.

The role requires site visits, strong coordination, and the ability to meet targets such as submitting multiple work orders weekly.

Qualifications

Diploma in Civil Engineering, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
1-2 years of relevant experience in project coordination, construction, utilities, or infrastructure.
Minimum 1-2 years hands-on SP Distribution Cable Work Order and claim submissions through NOVA.
Familiarity with SP Distribution requirements, cable works, Work Orders and project claims is an advantage.
Strong understanding of project coordination, documentation, and progress tracking.

Responsibilities

Support the Project Manager/Engineer in planning, scheduling, coordination and execution of project works.
Coordinate daily activities with internal teams, subcontractors, clients, consultants and authorities to ensure progress.
Monitor progress against schedules and highlight issues requiring action.
Prepare and submit monthly progress claims with supporting documents.
Maintain project records and assist in regular updates and reports.
