Job summary

Ley Choon Group Holdings Limited is seeking a fresh graduate or undergraduate for a 6-month contract role in project coordination and document management at our Singapore office. You will support claim submissions, site photo management, and liaise with authorities as part of project operations.

The role offers training and exposure to real infrastructure project coordination under guidance from experienced engineers and project teams. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Fresh graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply.
• Good organisational and communication skills are required.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate documents required for claim submissions.
• Upload, sort, and organise site progress photographs.
• Work closely with Claim PICs to prepare claim documentation.
• Liaise with Singapore Power on work and job arrangements.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities to obtain necessary approvals before work starts.
• Provide other project coordination and administrative support as needed.
