Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or relevant fields.
• 2–5 years in service management, marketing and/or team sales experience. Relevant experience servicing affluent customers is a MUST.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese/Mandarin to communicate with English and Cantonese/Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Outstanding problem solving skills with the ability to resolve complex customer service enquiries in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.
• Strong attention to details and administrative capabilities.
• Strong empowerment and decision-making skills with excellent verbal and written communications.
• A good team player, being cooperative and work effectively within the group.
• Required to attend events in the evenings and/or weekends.
• A flair for creativity and a genuine interest in travelling, fashion, the arts, music, sports, and theatre would be an added advantage.
• Ability to understand the lifestyle of affluent segment will be a plus.

Aufgaben

• Single point of contact for selected top-tier clients to manage and support their credit cards servicing and lifestyle management needs with the objective of driving increased engagement measured through total billings.
• Responsible for driving new acquisition of affluent customers and offering proactive and customized account management services which includes lifestyle and account related services delivered through concierge and other partners to ultra-high-net-worth clients with the objective of delighting them and delivering a highly memorable and personalised service.
• Engage and develop merchant partnerships and programme benefits in the affluent space to offer unique experiences and benefits for the affluent segment.
• Product development to drive overall product KPIs.
• Ambassador and subject matter expert to the product to both internal and external parties and will champion the service elements by reviewing and improving service standards.
• Work closely with the Affluent Product & Marketing team, Private Client Relationship Managers and Customer Service channels to create a superior product and customer journey for affluent segment together.
• To liaise, monitor and gate-keep the lifestyle services provided by external vendors.
• To do necessary research and complete logistics required to fulfil client requests while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior and it will be measured by specific metrics.
• Assist with organizing logistics for client events.
• To design workflow for assigned projects and initiatives in line with objectives of the company.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding stakeholders and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
• Ensure that KYC/AML and other compliance norms are strictly adhered to.
