Job summary

WE Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring a Lifestyle Relationship Manager to support our High Net Worth Product Team. You will act as the single point of contact for select top-tier clients, managing credit card servicing and lifestyle needs with proactive account management.

The role requires excellent communication, strong problem solving and the ability to work with vendors and partners to deliver unique experiences.

Qualifications

2–5 years in service management, marketing and/or team sales, with affluent client servicing experience.
Fluent in English, Cantonese (HK), and Mandarin (HK); other Chinese dialects or languages a plus.
Proficient in MS Word and Excel; ability to learn new systems quickly.
Strong problem solving and communication capabilities; attention to detail.
Willingness to attend events evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

Serve as the single point of contact for selected top-tier clients to manage credit card servicing and lifestyle needs.
Drive lifestyle and account-related services delivered through concierge and partners to affluent clients.
Develop merchant partnerships and programme benefits in the affluent space to offer unique experiences.
Drive new acquisition of affluent customers through proactive relationship management.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create a superior client journey.
