Job summary

Aspire Lifestyles in Singapore is seeking a Lifestyle Concierge to act as the primary contact for our high and ultra-high net worth clients. You will anticipate needs, craft personalized recommendations across travel, dining, and entertainment, and deliver trusted, high-quality service through phone, email and chat.

Role requires staying current on local events and brand policies, with duties including handling escalations, coordinating with vendors, and contributing to a seamless luxury

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high-touch service to affluent clients.
• Omnichannel communication across phone, email and chat is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local Singapore events, venues and lifestyle trends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary lifestyle and concierge point of contact for assigned customers.
• Anticipate needs and deliver end-to-end solutions in travel, dining and entertainment.
• Advise on travel arrangements and offer credible alternatives when needed.
• Represent the client brand and apply brand benefits to the customer experience.
• Own escalated issues and coordinate with vendors through resolution.
• Initiate outbound calls and document interactions in enterprise systems.
