Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned client services professional to manage a portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth clients in Singapore.

You will deliver personalized credit card servicing, lifestyle management, and bespoke concierge experiences to drive engagement and spending. You will acquire new affluent customers, develop merchant partnerships, and collaborate with product, marketing, and service teams to enhance the client journey while ensuring KYC/AML compliance and risk

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth clients, providing personalized credit card servicing and lifestyle management to drive engagement and spending.
• Acquire new affluent customers and deliver tailored account management and concierge services.
• Develop merchant partnerships and exclusive lifestyle privileges to enhance customer experiences.
• Support product development and initiatives to achieve business and product KPIs.
• Act as the product ambassador, driving service excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, relationship management, and customer service teams to enhance the client journey.
• Manage external vendors, coordinate client events, and oversee bespoke lifestyle requests and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with KYC/AML requirements, internal policies, and regulatory standards while managing operational risks.
• Any other adhoc projects/duties as assigned
