• 3+ years as QS, preferably in facade projects.

• Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
• Great networking abilities.
• Willing to work in Tuas area; shuttle service provided.

Aufgaben

• Perform cost estimates and analysis for tendered projects.
• Prepare tender and quotations.
• Review and analyze client contract agreements.
• Prepare contracts to subcontractors and suppliers.
• Process progress claims to client.
• Finalize claims and accounts.
• Liaise with site managers, clients, contractors and subs.
• Prepare reports, budgets, risk assessments, and related documents.
• Advise managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
• Track materials and reorder as needed.
• Document design changes and update budgets.
• Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
