Job summary

Velocity Stone Pte. Ltd., Singapore, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, tender analysis, and cost control across multiple projects.

You should hold a Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Building, Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering, with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, handling progress payments and variations, assisting scheduling, attending site meetings, and other QS duties; 5.5 days work

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in QS-related field or civil engineering required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate tenders received and prepare cost estimates.
• Prepare quotations for clients as directed.
• Review specifications and drawings to determine scope and costing.
• Handle progress payment claims, variations, and final accounts.
• Assist on project scheduling.
• Attend project/site meetings and inspections for progress.
• Perform other QS-related tasks as assigned.
