Job summary

oncod pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks a Quantity Surveyor to handle cost estimates, tender preparation, and contract administration for projects.

You will review client contracts, prepare sub-contractor agreements, manage progress claims, and update budgets, coordinating with site teams and suppliers. The role requires a Diploma in quantity surveying or related field and a minimum of 3 years’ QS experience, preferably in facade projects.

• 3+ years as QS, preferably in facade projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform cost estimates and analysis for tendered projects.
• Prepare tender and quotations.
• Review and analyze client contract agreements.

• Finalize claims and accounts.
• Liaise with site managers, clients, contractors and subs.

Job Scope

· Performs cost estimates and analysis for potential projects that have been selected for tender.

· Prepare tender and quotations.

· Review and analyze Contract Agreement of a project from the client.

· Review and prepare contract agreement to subcontractors and suppliers.

· Progress claim to client.

· Finalization of claim/account.

· Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.

· Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.

· Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.

· Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.

· Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.

· Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

· At least a Diploma in quantity surveying, engineering, management, or similar.

· Must have at least 3 years experience as QS, prefarrably in Facade Industry

· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

· Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.

· Great networking abilities.
