Job summary

Progressive Builders Private Limited in Singapore is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage tendering, cost planning and budget estimation. You will coordinate with contractors, suppliers and related parties while valuing progress claims and variation orders.

The role includes post-contract QS duties and other contracts administration tasks. The candidate should have at least 5 years of construction experience, preferably in high-rise projects, with strong knowledge of Singapore

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years construction experience, preferably candidate with experience in high-rise building projects.
• Good knowledge of Singapore contract laws
• Experience with Glodon software measurement for tender is an added advantage
• SIA/ PSSCOC condition of contracts knowledge
• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Able to work both independently and lead a team
• 5 days work / week

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents, cost planning and budget estimation
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and related parties
• Responsible for valuation of progress claims and variation orders
• Post contracts administration related to QS duties
• Carry out other contracts administration tasks
