Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Singapore construction industry (civil projects preferred).
• LTA project experience preferred.
• Proficient in quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review cost estimates and budgets.
• Evaluate and recommend subcontractor quotations and claims
• Measure quantities and prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
• Assist in contract negotiation and administration
• Monitor project costs, budgets and contractual matters.
• Track project costs and ensure cost control throughout the lifecycle
• Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients on contractual and commercial matters
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and project teams on commercial issues.
• For Senior QS: Lead quantity surveying activities and guide junior team members.

About the Role:
