Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a Trust Associate to support day‑to‑day administration of trust structures in Singapore. You will prepare resolutions, bank instructions and compliance checklists while maintaining accurate transaction monitoring and fiduciary records.

You will liaise with bankers, lawyers and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and governance, bringing 1–2 years of relevant experience and STEP qualifications or equivalent credentials.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in trust administration, fiduciary services, or a related field.
• STEP Certificate/STEP Diploma or accounting-related credentials, or actively pursuing them.
• Strong understanding of trust structures and administrative processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist Trust Managers with day-to-day administration of trust structures.
• Prepare trustee and director resolutions, bank instructions, compliance checklists, and transaction monitoring.
• Support fiduciary file reviews for accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with bankers, lawyers and external stakeholders to facilitate trust administration.
• Collaborate with internal IQEQ departments to coordinate processes and ensure service quality.
