Job summary

IQ-EQ Singapore is seeking a Trust Administrator for maternity cover to manage a portfolio of private family trusts. You will deliver high-quality administration, ensure regulatory compliance, and sustain strong client and intermediary relationships.

The role requires at least 2 years in trust-related services, a related degree, and strong organizational and communication skills. A hybrid working model and competitive benefits are offered to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in trust administration, fiduciary services, private wealth, or related field.
• Strong understanding of trust structures and Singapore regulatory requirements.
• Experience supporting trust portfolios accurately and compliantly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality trust administration support across private family trusts and structures.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and intermediaries through professional communication.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies; manage risk.
• Complete periodic reviews, due diligence updates, and transaction monitoring accurately.
• Support risk, compliance, audit, and governance activities and cross-team collaboration.
