Job summary

QUANTEAM (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Production Support Expert for Kondor+ and Orchestrade in its Capital Markets IT team in Singapore. You will handle L1/L2 BAU operations, provide functional and technical support on Kondor+ and related systems, and work closely with business, analysis and development teams.

You'll optimise existing procedures, mentor junior staff, participate in post-hours activities, and contribute to continuous improvement while ensuring system resiliency and security.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of Production Support experience in financial systems.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• ITIL certification/knowledge.
• Exposure to Capital Markets applications (e.g., Kondor+, Orchestrade) is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of XML, SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical expertise on Kondor+, Orchestrade and other in-house bank applications.
• Requests management (users and other IT teams).
• Operations management and application monitoring.
• Incident and problem management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor new/junior resources and collaborate with TSY and CMI teams.
