LUXOFT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a Production Support Expert for the Capital Market Department. You will support Kondor+ and Orchestrade, manage incidents, and collaborate with business analysis and development teams to prioritize work and improve operations.

You will mentor junior staff, ensure system resiliency, and participate in post-business-hour activities as needed to maintain service levels.

Formación

• Master degree or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Production Support of financial systems.
• 3+ years of experience with KONDOR+ or Orchestrade in Capital Markets.
• ITIL certification/knowledge.
• SLA & KPI management, Client communication & interaction.
• Predictive analysis, escalation management.
• Strong knowledge in XML, SQL, PL/SQL, Shell Scripting, MQ Series, CFT and Control-M.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Autonomous, self-motivated and team player.

Responsabilidades

• Provide functional and technical expertise on KONDOR+, Orchestrade and other in-house bank applications.
• Manage user requests and coordinate with IT teams.
• Oversee operations management and application monitoring.

As a Support specialist, you will be immersed in real life production systems, that shape and devise the future of capital markets IT. You will be working on Treasury/ALM applications and taking care of day-to-day BAU operations (L1/L2) of multiple apps. You will be closely associated with business and be a contact point to provide functional and technical support on Kondor+ platform as well as other in-house developed systems serving TSY and ALM operations. You will also liaise with business analysis and development teams to plan and manage priorities, highlight blockers and critical issues. You will also be instrumental in optimizing the current procedures, ensure system resiliency with strong focus on continuous improvement. Provide support and mentor junior staff. Align yourself with bank's initiatives and strategies.

• - Must be flexible to participate in post business hours activities such as but not limited to overnight on-calls, weekend interventions, DRP, releases and other application activities that can be performed only outside the business duration/weekends.

Mandatory Skills Description

• - Master degree or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• - 5-7 years of experience in Production Support of financial systems.
• - 3+ years of experience and strong knowledge on KONDOR+ application, Orchestrade or another treasury FO system in Capital Markets
• - ITIL certification/knowledge.
• - Should be able to do SLA & KPI management, Client communication & interaction
• - Predictive analysis, consulting, escalation management
• - Risk analysis and project execution
• - Strong knowledge in Configuration Management
• - Strong knowledge in XML, SQL, PL/SQL, Shell Scripting, MQ Series, CFT and Control-M.
• - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• - Careful observance of standards and processes
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• - Strong analytical or troubleshooting skills
• - Ability to work well under pressure
• - Autonomous, self-motivated and excellent team player
• - Strong perseverance and diligence towards attaining goals and effective time management

Nice-to-Have Skills Description

• - Knowledge of major market regulatory body's rules is an advantage
• - Exposure to Capital Markets applications (E.g. Summit, Kondor+, Murex, Calypso...) is an advantage
• - Knowledge in Capital Market FO/BO environment is an advantage
• - Knowledge of C# / .NET an advantage
• - Knowledge of monitoring solution like ITRS Geneos is an advantage
