Job summary

Trinity-Consulting-Services-Pte.-Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Production Support specialist with a focus on financial systems and capital markets applications. The role requires deep ITIL knowledge and strong communication skills to manage incidents and service delivery.

You will drive SLA/KPI performance, coordinate with clients, and support ongoing project execution. Proficiency in XML, SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting is essential, with familiarity in Kondor+, Orchestrade or similar

Job description

• Master's or bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a or related field.
• Should have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Production Support of financial systems.
• Strong knowledge of KONDOR+ application, Orchestrade, or treasury FO system for 3+ years or 3+ years of experience in IT Support for other capital markets applications
• Should have ITIL certification/knowledge.
• Exposure to Capital Markets applications (E.g. Summit, Kondor+, Murex, Calypso) is an advantage.
• Should be able to do SLA & KPI management, Client communication & interaction
• Predictive analysis, consulting, escalation management
• Risk analysis and project execution
• Knowledge in the Capital Market FO/BO environment is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge in configuration management
• Strong knowledge in XML, SQL, PL/SQL, Shell Scripting, MQ Series, CFT and Control-M.
• Knowledge of C# / .NET an advantage
• Knowledge of monitoring solution like ITRS Geneos is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
