Job summary

Luxoft in Singapore is seeking a Production Support Expert for our Capital Markets IT team. You will provide functional and technical support for Kondor+ and Orchestrade applications, manage incidents, monitor operations, and collaborate with business and development teams.

You will mentor junior staff, drive continuous improvement, and ensure system resiliency while aligning with bank initiatives and security practices. Some post-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in production support for financial systems.
• 3+ years with Kondor+ or Orchestrade in Capital Markets.
• ITIL certification or knowledge.
• Experience with SLA/KPI management and client communication.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

You will be closely associated with business and be a contact point to provide functional and technical support on Kondor+ platform as well as other in-house developed systems serving TSY and ALM operations. You will also liaise with business analysis and development teams to plan and manage priorities, highlight blockers and critical issues.You will also be instrumental in optimizing the current procedures, ensure system resiliency with strong focus on continuous improvement. Provide support and mentor junior staff. Align yourself with bank’s initiatives and strategies.

• The Support analyst should have a pro-active mindset in security, incident preventive measures, productivity and global improvement of the quality of service.
• Must be flexible to participate in post business hours activities such as but not limited to overnight on-calls, weekend interventions, DRP, releases and other application activities that can be performed only outside the business duration/weekends.

SKILLS

Must have

• Master degree or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Production Support of financial systems.
• 3+ years of experience and strong knowledge on KONDOR+ application, Orchestrade or another treasury FO system in Capital Markets
• ITIL certification/knowledge.
• Should be able to do SLA & KPI management, Client communication & interaction
• Predictive analysis, consulting, escalation management
• Risk analysis and project execution
• Strong knowledge in Configuration Management
• Strong knowledge in XML, SQL, PL/SQL, Shell Scripting, MQ Series, CFT and Control-M.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Careful observance of standards and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical or troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Autonomous, self-motivated and excellent team player
• Strong perseverance and diligence towards attaining goals and effective time management

Nice to have

• Knowledge of major market regulatory body’s rules is an advantage
• Exposure to Capital Markets applications (E.g. Summit, Kondor+, Murex, Calypso…) is an advantage
• Knowledge in Capital Market FO/BO environment is an advantage
• Knowledge of C# / .NET an advantage
• Knowledge of monitoring solution like ITRS Geneos is an advantage
