Quanteam Singapore is seeking a Production Support Expert for its Capital Markets IT team. You will work with Kondor+ and Orchestrade, handling L1/L2 production support for Treasury/ALM applications and related in-house systems.

The role emphasizes incident and problem management, monitoring, and continuous improvement, requiring strong analytical skills, ITIL knowledge, and ability to mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of production support experience in financial systems.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Kondor+ and Orchestrade or treasury front-office systems for 3+ years in IT support.
• ITIL certification/knowledge.
• Exposure to Capital Markets apps (Summit, Kondor+, Murex, Calypso) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical expertise on Kondor+, Orchestrade and other in-house bank applications.
• Requests management (users and other IT teams).
• Operations management.
• Application monitoring.
• Incident management and problem management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
