Job summary

A-IT Software Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable support specialist to provide expert assistance for Treasury Credit Risk application systems, including vendor and in-house solutions. You will manage infrastructure upgrades and patching for UAT and Production environments, and offer Level 1 and Level 2 support for production issues.

You will collaborate with development teams to implement enhancements, and communicate with business users to tailor support.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support for Treasury Credit Risk application systems, including vendor and internally developed solutions.
• Manage infrastructure upgrades and patching for both UAT and Production environments.
• Offer Level 1and Level 2 support for all production-related issues pertaining to the applications.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to implement application enhancements and improvements.
• Communicate effectively with business users to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
• Ensure thorough documentation, tracking, and resolution of issues, providing functional and technical support as required.
• Support operational implementation in production environments to ensure seamless application performance.
