You will assist with product launches, marketing campaigns and strategic improvements, while coordinating with Treasury, Operations and Technology teams to implement new systems and controls.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations involving structured products, FX, equities and Treasury initiatives.
• Assist in preparing product papers, management reports, business presentations and performance dashboards.
• Conduct market and competitor research on Treasury products, digital wealth solutions and industry best practices.
• Support product launches, marketing campaigns and strategic Treasury initiatives.
• Review existing workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and strengthen operational controls.
• Support automation initiatives and new systems, tools and process enhancements.
• Evaluate processes and recommend practical solutions to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Treasury, Operations, Technology, Compliance and Risk.
• Support project planning, execution, testing and post-implementation reviews.
• Monitor project milestones, track action items and follow up on deliverables.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and implementation of business and system changes.
