Job summary
TALENT FIRST PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead daily application support operations in Singapore. You will provide Level 2 support, investigate incidents, and drive root-cause analysis while guiding maintenance, upgrades and access management.
You will also develop automation to improve efficiency, lead AI chatbot initiatives, maintain knowledge bases, and coordinate with teams and vendors to deliver secure, high-availability systems.
Qualifications
- Degree in IT or related field and 6–10 years’ experience in application support.
- At least 2 years in a leadership role within IT service management.
- Hands-on experience in L2 support, programming or scripting.
- Experience implementing automation, AI chatbots or virtual agents.
- Familiarity with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira, Freshservice).
- Experience with knowledge management and ITIL-based processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily application support operations, ensuring system stability, availability and timely resolution of technical issues.
- Provide Level 2 (L2) support, including troubleshooting, incident investigation and root cause analysis.
- Oversee application maintenance, system upgrades, user access management and testing activities.
- Develop and implement automation solutions to improve application support processes and operational efficiency.
- Lead the implementation and improvement of AI-powered chatbots, virtual agents and automated support workflows.
- Maintain technical knowledge bases, troubleshooting guides and self-service support resources.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on application enhancements, security remediation and system improvements.
- Monitor service performance, identify recurring issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
