Job summary

PERCEPT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented QA/Operations professional to participate in UAT, document configured matching rules, extraction criteria and testing results, and provide user testing support for new features.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in Operations, Treasury or Securities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical and process-minded with attention to detail
• Hands-on testing and ability to learn quickly for accounting background candidates

Responsibilities

• Participate in UAT and ad-hoc projects
• Document matching rules, extraction criteria and testing results
• Execute test cases and provide user testing support for developed user stories
• Follow up on bugs and ensure timely closure
• Monitor post-production activities and provide BAU support
• Ensure compliance with ACRS standards and guidelines relevant to responsibilities
• Ensure processes align with team SOPs and that team members understand their roles
