Job summary

Trust Bank is seeking a Treasury & Balance Sheet Management Lead to steer funding, liquidity and balance sheet optimization in Singapore. You will report to the Head of Treasury, shaping funding mix, capital adequacy and risk management while driving strategic TA initiatives across groups.

You will participate in ICAAP, Basel 4, and regulatory compliance, coordinating with regulators and internal teams to ensure robust controls and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across front, middle and back offices.
• Deep knowledge of MAS regulatory frameworks (LCR, NSFR, ILAA) and Basel requirements.
• Experience with liquidity management, ALM, funding strategy and treasury operations.
• Familiarity with treasury systems, FTP frameworks and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead liquidity and funding strategy, execution, and monitoring.
• Drive ALM policy adherence and balance sheet optimization to support profitability.
• Oversee regulatory reporting and risk controls for treasury activities.
• Coordinate with FP&A and product teams on capital and liquidity forecasts.
• Champion treasury system development and data infrastructure improvements.
