Job summary

BEATHCHAPMAN (PTE. LTD.) is supporting a fintech client in Singapore to appoint a Senior Treasury & Balance Sheet Management Lead. This is a high-visibility, senior leadership role owning funding, liquidity and balance sheet strategy.

Reporting to the Head of Treasury, you will drive ALCO, ICAAP, FTP and IRRBB, oversee treasury front-to-back, and own MAS regulatory compliance and treasury systems. A track record across front, middle and back office is essential, with fintech exposure a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in bank treasury across front, middle and back office.

Responsibilities

• Lead funding, liquidity and balance sheet management.
• Drive ALCO, ICAAP, FTP, IRRBB and stress testing.
• Oversee treasury front-to-back office operations.
