Woopa Group is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Changi Airport. You will assist with bookings, registrations, waitlists, and general enquiries about tours, while ensuring booth cleanliness and smooth operations.

You'll escort passengers, handle feedback professionally, submit simple daily reports, and participate in trainings. The role requires fluent English, strong organization, and a proactive, customer-focused attitude; fresh graduates are welcome.

• Submit simple daily reports to the project manager and supervisor.
• Attend trainings and stay updated on procedures.
