Job summary

PASONA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Travel Reservations Specialist to manage ticketing, itineraries, and client support. You will handle corporate and individual bookings, issue invoices, and coordinate with suppliers.

Experience with Amadeus GDS and visa processes is valued. The role involves team leadership of the reservations group and creating travel documents and promotional content.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year relevant travel sales experience, corporate or agency preferred.
• Knowledge of Amadeus GDS highly valued; BSPlink refunds knowledge a plus.
• JR Pass knowledge optional; can be self-taught.
• Travel Insurance certification preferred; if not, course to be completed.
• Understanding of Japan outbound and Singapore inbound travel markets.
• Basic visa knowledge (China, India, Myanmar, etc.).
• Strong phone and verbal communication with active listening.
• Excellent customer service mindset focused on quality and satisfaction.
• Team player who can multitask independently.
• Experience with KPIs is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take challenges.

Responsibilities

• Book tickets, hotels, visas and travel advice for clients.
• Design itineraries, costing and bookings for travel products.
• Oversee Reservations Team and assist when required.
• Prepare travel documents: tickets, vouchers.
• Communicate with clients via phone or email about requirements.
• Prepare, plan and quote itineraries.
• Issue invoices and confirm bookings.
• Handle travel insurance.
• Create promotional posters for Facebook & Instagram.
• Research destinations and stay updated on travel industry news.
• Explore new business opportunities beyond the travel service.
