Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Reservations Consultant (APAC) to manage corporate and traveller enquiries, coordinate long-stay bookings, and liaise with property partners. The role is based in Tanjong Pagar with standard 9am-6pm hours, five days a week.

Experience in reservations, hospitality, serviced apartments, or travel services is preferred, with training provided for those new to the field. If you are organised, capable of multitasking, and customer‑facing, apply now.

Qualifications

• Experience in reservations, hospitality, serviced apartments, or travel-related services is preferred.
• Training will be provided for candidates without relevant experience.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review enquiries from corporate clients, relocation agencies, travel management companies, and travellers to understand booking needs.
• Record and manage enquiries in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy.
• Work with property partners to identify suitable options meeting policies.
• Arrange customised long-stay bookings for corporate travellers.
• Follow up with clients to secure bookings and improve conversion rates.
• Serve as the main contact for travellers and respond with booking options.
• Handle booking administration and provide check-in details on time.
• Address travel enquiries and issues with service providers.
• Coordinate with finance to ensure invoices issued on time.
• Support team leader and regional director with projects.
