ACE TOURS & TRAVEL PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive professional to coordinate full tour operations and client requirements in Singapore. You will handle reservations, contracts, and record keeping for tours and facility bookings, ensuring smooth execution and high service levels.

You will manage key accounts, nurture client relationships, and contribute to marketing strategies by gathering client feedback, analyzing market trends, and performing competitive analysis to grow the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in E-commerce sales and BD is advantageous.
• Experience in digital and social media marketing is a plus.
• A self-starter attitude with a confident and personable nature.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling tour operations to fulfil clients' requirements
• Coordinate reservations, contracts, and record keeping for tours and facility reservations
• Manage key accounts and retain a portfolio of key clients to ensure client retention and high level of customer satisfaction
• Implement marketing strategies by collecting client feedback, studying market trends and conducting competitors’ analysis
