Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment seeks a Market Associate for a leading travel tech client in Singapore. This is a 12-month renewable contract where you will drive retention, growth, and optimization of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts in your territory.

You will manage a book of business, conduct optimization conversations, provide strategic pricing and listing guidance, and ensure hosts maximize revenue while delivering excellent support and insights to improve platform performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in new sales, account management, or partner support.
• 2+ years hospitality/travel industry experience preferred.
• Strong time management and prioritization across multiple accounts.
• Proven ability to drive engagement and growth via proactive account management.
• Goal-driven with persistence and action orientation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for phone, email, and in-person.
• CRM tools proficiency, Salesforce experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business consisting of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts, ensuring retention, growth, and optimization.
• Conduct one-on-one optimization and onboarding conversations, providing strategic recommendations on pricing, availability, and listing quality.
• Secure availability over high compression dates, ensuring hosts maximize their revenue potential.
• Educate hosts on product updates and policy changes, while channeling their feedback to internal teams.
• Respond to host inquiries and provide timely, high-quality support to improve their experience on the platform.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and take action on opportunities that drive increased bookings and host success.
• Develop long-lasting relationships with hosts, ensuring they receive ongoing support tailored to their needs.
