Job summary

Qualifications

• Build technical expertise and provide consultative guidance on best practices.
• Resolve technical issues arising from usage of solutions.
• Partner with Sales to address client issues and plan technical services.
• Knowledge of the Tech ecosystem.
• Translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience troubleshooting advertising technologies (pixels, ad servers, auctions, delivery).
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and HTTP.
• Experience with SQL and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with using AI tools to improve productivity and quality.
• At least 3 years of working experience.
