Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking a Market Manager (Services) for a 12-month extendable contract role in Singapore. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, helping Hosts optimize pricing and improve their performance with scalable programs.

Applicants should have over 6 years of experience in account management, be fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, and possess strong commercial acumen and communication skills. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work with a well-known Travel/Hospitality client.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in account management, partner or customer success roles.
• Data-driven (SQL a strong plus) with experience using CRM tools.
• Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, lasting relationships with Hosts through regular check-ins.
• Identify growth opportunities and guide Hosts to improve performance.
• Run education initiatives to support multiple Hosts at scale.
