Dreamcation Cruises And Tours Pte. Ltd. is seeking a travel consultant to advise customers and recommend tour packages. You will handle inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins, and convert leads into confirmed bookings while meeting sales targets.

Build lasting customer relationships, support travel fairs and events, and be prepared to lead tours as needed. Fluency in Chinese, English and Bahasa Melayu is essential, along with a proactive, sales-driven attitude and basic CRM skills.

Qualifications

• Min 2 or more years experience.
• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese, English and Bahasa Melayu to effectively communicate with diverse customer profiles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer literacy (e.g. WhatsApp, CRM systems, email).
• Prior experience in travel sales and customer service is an advantage.
