Job summary

CHAN BROTHERS TRAVEL (PTE) LIMITED is hiring a Product Executive to research travel markets and develop new products that meet consumer demand. You will manage special projects, coordinate with operators and suppliers, and keep tour packages updated on the company website.

The role supports sales teams, provides weekly sales/inventory updates, and collaborates with Marketing Communications and eCommerce to run campaigns across social media channels.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality management.
• Analytical skills and ability to conceptualize innovative ideas.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven, team-oriented environment.
• Fluent English; conversational Mandarin preferred.
• Familiarity with digital and online marketing methods is beneficial.
• Entry-level candidates with relevant Diploma are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Survey travel market for opportunity areas and develop products to meet current and future demands.
• Manage special project groups and organize activities for customers during the tour.
• Maintain good working relationships with operators, suppliers and trade partners.
• Update tour package details and prices on Chan Brothers Travel website promptly.
• Provide strong support to sales personnel to ensure smooth delivery of customer services.
• Provide weekly updates of sales and inventory figures for management reporting purposes.
• Conduct product and sales kit briefings before road shows and travel fairs.
• Liaise with Marketing Communications and eCommerce for ads on print and online platforms.
• Generate and execute marketing campaigns across social media platforms.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Generate and execute marketing campaigns across social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and many more
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Tourism and hospitality management related studies
• Possess analytical skills and ability to conceptualize innovative ideas
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast paced, results-driven, team-oriented environment
• Fluent English and conversational Mandarin preferred as the incumbent is required to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders & customers
• Familiarity with and knowledge of digital and online marketing methods is beneficial
• Entry-level candidate with relevant Diploma are welcome to apply
