Job summary

KHOO TECK PUAT HOSPITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior professional to lead trauma services, civil emergency preparedness, and clinical research support within the General Surgery department.

The role provides governance, operational oversight, and strategic leadership for trauma care while ensuring alignment with MOH and national trauma standards. You will work with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams to drive performance improvement, support NHG emergency laparotomy audits, and advance data

Qualifications

• A good degree in Nursing, Allied Health or Biomedical Sciences and its related field.
• Domain knowledge with at least four (4) years of relevant work experience in clinical/hospital setting, preferably emergency/critical care/trauma/perioperative care or equivalent
• Experience in databases and knowledge of medical terminology
• Ability to perform data analytics t

Responsibilities

• Lead trauma service governance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with trauma program director and healthcare professionals to oversee trauma patient care.
• Oversee trauma data collection, validation and reporting for quality improvement.
• Support civil emergency and disaster preparedness planning and readiness.
