Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• 1-5 years relevant working experience in service industry/ health-care related areas.
• Knowledge of hospital operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A team player who can collaborate well and work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment, and able to manage projects independently.
• Strong organisational skills with keen eye for details.
• Self-motivated and driven, enthusiastic about learning on the job and see things through.
• Methodical and precise, with strong skills in project management, time management, and numerical proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of Department to develop and manage clinical services across the care continuum.
• Joint accountability for meeting business, financial and operational indicators.
• Support clinical transformation, improve access and value-based care outcomes.
• Develop clinical projects through change management and stakeholder partnership.
• Develop and execute business plans and marketing strategies to grow workload and meet population needs.
• Coordinate procurement of medical equipment to support clinical services.
• Assist in data management and analysis of performance indicators.
• Lead change and align department goals with hospital strategy.
