Khoo Teck Puat Hospital is seeking a senior manager to lead emergency preparedness and business continuity, coordinating across departments to safeguard patients, staff and assets. The role drives risk assessment, training, and incident response planning within a dynamic healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years in healthcare management, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record of developing resilient operation strategies under regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Recognised degree in any field.
• Master’s in Business / Health Administration preferred.
• 4–7 years in healthcare management at senior level.
• Experience in Emergency Planning or business continuity.
• Strong leadership, judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain emergency preparedness and business continuity plans.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and impact on operations.
• Design and run regular training sessions and drills for staff at all levels.
• Support Hospital Command Centre operations during incidents.
• Prepare reports, after action reviews and compliance documentation.
• Manage the budget for emergency preparedness and related services.
• Oversee EP logistics inventory and restocking activities.
