Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital's Trauma Centre seeks a Senior Executive to manage the Trauma Registry, a critical data collection and analysis system tracking trauma cases and patient outcomes across the hospital. You will perform data entry, validation, analysis to support quality improvement, facilitate research, and help deliver coordinated care along the trauma care continuum.

Proficiency in MS Office and statistical tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing or healthcare-related field preferred.
• At least 3 years in hospital data management and statistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/M365; experience with data tools is a plus.
• Registration with SNB/AHPC is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and collect trauma data for the registry.
• Analyse data trends and quality indicators in trauma management.
• Monitor data quality and report deviations to supervisor.
• Ensure data integrity and timely uploads to MOH.
• Coordinate care across the trauma continuum (pre-hospital to rehab).
• Support programmes and events within the Trauma Centre.
