Job summary

Johnson & J& J is seeking an Associate Business Development Manager, Trauma in Singapore. The role focuses on driving portfolio growth, market development, and education initiatives across trauma segments, aligning with regional and global stakeholders to accelerate NPIs and customer engagement.

You will partner with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Marketing and Commercial teams to deliver data-driven strategies and compelling value propositions to surgeons and healthcare facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of Orthopaedic Trauma experience in a clinical, healthcare, or medical device setting.
• Strong understanding of trauma products, procedures, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of new product launches to drive adoption and business objectives.
• Manage portfolio performance, lifecycle strategies and inventory optimization.
• Identify market expansion and revenue opportunities across trauma segments.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams to develop commercialization strategies.
• Deliver training and education programs for surgeons, residents and staff.
