Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Singapore is seeking an Associate Business Development Manager, Trauma, to drive growth for the Trauma portfolio. You will partner with regional and global teams to develop commercialization strategies, accelerate NPIs, and create differentiated engagement programs that improve patient outcomes and business results.

The role requires cross-functional leadership with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Marketing, and Sales, budget management, and education

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field.
• 3–5 years of Orthopaedic Trauma experience in clinical, healthcare, or medical device environment.
• Strong understanding of Trauma products, surgical procedures, customer pathways, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management with cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of new product launches to drive adoption and business objectives.
• Manage portfolio performance, product lifecycle strategies, and inventory optimization initiatives.
• Identify and capitalize on market expansion opportunities and new revenue streams.
• Build relationships with surgeons, KOLs, rising stars, and healthcare stakeholders.
• Design engagement strategies across a surgeon’s professional career stages.
• Collaborate with Marketing, ProfEd, and Commercial Education teams across SEA, APAC, and Global organizations.
• Oversee budgets (A&P, CME, CAPEX) and ensure HCC compliance.
