Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of new product launches to drive adoption and revenue.
• Manage portfolio performance, lifecycle strategies and inventory optimization.
• Identify opportunities for market expansion, procedure growth, and new revenue streams.
• Use market intelligence and analytics to develop innovative go-to-market approaches.
• Develop strategies to strengthen performance in focus segments such as Hand & Wrist, Foot & Ankle, Spine and Extremities.
• Build relationships with surgeons, KOLs, rising stars, and healthcare stakeholders.
• Design and implement engagement strategies across a surgeon's career stages.
• Expand digital and in-person engagement platforms for education and experience.
• Deliver training and education programs for surgeons, residents, nurses and OR staff.
• Collaborate with Marketing, ProfEd, and CommEd teams across SEA, APAC, and Global.
• Integrate educational initiatives into commercial strategies to drive growth.
• Develop advocates and proctors within Trauma portfolio and focus segments.
• Deliver evidence-based and value-focused selling training for Sales and Clinical teams.
• Work with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Access, and Supply Chain to align objectives.
• Monitor budgets (A&P, CME, CAPEX) and ensure compliance with HCC standards.
• Provide data-driven business recommendations to stakeholders.
