You will develop go-to-market approaches, manage product lifecycles, and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve patient outcomes and commercial performance across SEA/APAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a healthcare-related field as listed.
• 3–5 years of orthopaedic trauma experience in clinical, healthcare, or medical device settings.
• Strong understanding of trauma products, procedures, and competitive dynamics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of new product launches to drive adoption and meet business goals.
• Manage portfolio performance, lifecycle strategies, and inventory optimization.
• Identify opportunities for market expansion, procedure growth, and new revenue streams.
• Use market intelligence and analytics to develop innovative go-to-market approaches.
• Develop strategies to strengthen performance in key focus segments (Hand & Wrist, Foot & Ankle, Spine & Extremities).
